Consensual review edit

  • Nomination Street light in Venice on Rio Tera Lista di Spagna, in the back the Swedish consulate. --Moroder 07:29, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  •   Oppose Sorry but this image gets quite unsharp to the right border. Although the image title is "street light" the focus is on the left border and not on the light itself which is already somewhat unsharp. --Basotxerri 17:44, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •   Comment I disagree, the lamp is perfectly in focus. The distance of the lamp to the camera is exactly as the left border since it is not painted on the wall ;-) but comes out perpendicularly. The background on the right is obviously not in focus, as desired --Moroder 22:14, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •   I withdraw my nomination Don't want to expose my photos to incompetent reviews --Moroder 22:11, 3 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Nomination Santa Maria Manuela (ship, 1937) --Christian Ferrer 17:59, 30 July 2016 (UTC)

  •   Comment A very nice scene, but the people look a bit "compressed" like they are all short, stocky and fat. I think this is a remnant after a perspective adjustment, or... The ships look nice, but the people should too. Fixable. W.carter 19:15, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
  •   Comment The edges of an image taken with a Wide-angle lens always seems distorted, I already applied a compensation after the perspective correction. I currently don't agree for additional changes, because if the boat is currently nice, it's because of the charm of the wide lens. --Christian Ferrer 19:58, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
  •   Support Ok... so there was a reasonable explanation for the distortion. I'll go out on a limb here and mark this as good enough because the ships look so nice. Anyone disagree, take it to CR. QI. W.carter 20:10, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
  •   Oppose I disagree: IMO the compressed people - whether explained or not - are unacceptable for QI. Besides, "dismasting" a sailing ship looks unfortunate to me. --Palauenc05 14:38, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
  • {{o}} Composition is a bit unfortunate, with the masts cut off and only parts of the stern showing. Also there are problems with the people on the right. No signature? Please check again!--Hubertl 22:30, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
