Comment@DeFacto: Not every prison warrants a VI entry - only the most famous (or notorious). There is nothing to suggest that the prison in Kłodzko is either. However, there should be at least one VI showing a prison wall, possibly two or more showing different type of prison wall - in this case, a prison wall surmounted with barbed wire (as opposed to spikes). In this case the actual prison is unimportant. If this is the best picture in Wikimedia Commons showing a prison wall, or better still a "Prison wall surmounted with barbed wire", then it can be a valuable candidate for a VI.
