I did use however the PNG to create the JPG version, but that's for Wikimedia projects using it, and not all of us have a decent internet. The photo only shows water in the background, and the description says "a nonstop flight to Hawaii", so we can't exactly say where this photo was taken. Was it taken on the coast waters of California? Coast waters of Hawaii? Somewhere in the Pacific Ocean? Geocoding can't be done here unfortunately, and I think it can be exempted as "unknown location" in VI criterion 5. I hope you reconsider your oppose vote.
