Oppose The scope is not properly formatted. The binomial name should be in italics followed by the english common name in parenthesis. This point could be easily corrected but we do not see the tail which is a very important element for the recognition of this species. --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 06:01, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Forgot the italic. Done. Concerning the English common name, as it is the same than the binomial, I'm not sure it's necessary to add it, is it ?
About the tail, because the scope is "sitting", I find quite logical that this part is not visible on the picture. But the body shape, the head and the front feet are. Perhaps an idea to nominate another image for the scope "seen from behind" ? -- Basile Morin (talk) 11:08, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I would support this picture as best in scope once the scope is agreed on. It looks like this is its only competition, but that's a picture of a baby coypu (best in scope for that) and probably not as useful as a photo of a sitting coypu. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:20, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Support. Lothar, are you OK with the scope change? (According to the rules, when scopes are changed, opposing votes are still valid but supporting votes are cancelled unless they are reaffirmed. Though actually, with such a minor scope change, I don't think the rule is operative, really.) -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:08, 24 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
