Reason	Hélène Bertaux was a french female sculptor, and an activist for the women's rights in art and artistic creation at the end of the 19th century. This photo is a re-upload over a very bad previous version, and is the only image we have of this person in "Commons". Restored by me. Best in scope IMO.
