It extends a longer distance to the right as shown in File:Uthandi Beach 2ndMain South Chennai May21 R16 04749.jpg. This image is not VIC because of Personality Rights. The sunset image is not VIC as it is not distinctive of Uthandi beach. I live nearby, I'll visit the beach again to get some good long shots that are attractive and distinctive, and submit again. @Ikan Kekek: IMO, a VI should be freely usable, restricted only by the author's CC copyright. Personality Rights introduces possible additional restrictions on a case-by-case basis. Comment Clearly a mistake. I still think, though, that if a photo is best in scope, personality rights shouldn't make it not a VI or the 2nd-best image a VI. Is there any guideline about this written down somewhere? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 19:25, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
