Grade I
editBuildings of exceptional interest, sometimes considered to be internationally important. (Approximately 2.5% of the total)
Grade II*
editParticularly important buildings of more than special interest. (Approximately 5.5% of the total)

Scotland
editBuildings that have been listed by Historic Scotland as category A.
Category A
editBuildings of national or international importance, either architectural or historic, or fine little-altered examples of some particular period, style or building type. (Approximately 8% of the total).

Wales

Northern Ireland

Grade A

Grade B+
