Rıfat Balaban - Necla Erol

I saw this page after 5 years. Rıfat Balaban and Necla Erol were both notable Turkish folk musicians, may both sleep in peace. Rıfat Balaban has an article at TR:WP, while I am surprised to see that Necla Erol does not have hers, although her also singer sister Nezahat Bayram has one at TR:WP. Who is Oğuz Gemalmaz? Of course he is User:Gemalmaz; other than being a good colleague at WMF projects, he is a successful businessman and former musician. Therefore I guess those two artists were guests at "the circumcision of his nephew" and are the subject of upload, rather than the kiddy and his reproductive organ. :) Admins (Jameslwoodward), AFBorchert if you can kindly let me have a look at the pic, undeleting it for some time, I may ask Gemalmaz to produce a license in case the photo is representative enough for the artists. @E4024: This case required a permission through our support team which, unfortunately, never came. Point is that Oğuz Gemalmaz Arşivi was given as source. Hence, this is a photo from the family archives where the photographer needs to be identified and where we need a permission. --AFBorchert (talk) 12:03, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

As I said, just let me see it. A family pic, certainly taken by a member of the family; I guess the older sister of the kid. If the photo is "out of scope" I will forget the case, but I have seen so many "family album - kept" cases here... @E4024: This is not an out of scope problem – this is a copyright problem where we do not have a permission from the copyright holder. And there is no solution to this problem as long as the photographer cannot be identified. This cannot be done through guesswork. --AFBorchert (talk) 14:15, 4 October 2020 (UTC)
