Whipple and James Wilkinson Elliott on 25 acres, 1901-1910; Robert Armstrong; Daniel E. Richardson. Associated Name: Lottie Whittier (Mrs. Henry E.) Bothin. Other: Gardens designed for Daniel E. Richardson and acquired from his widow Julia by Henry Ernest Bothin in April 1910.
