Deutsch: „Der römische König Adolf erneuert dem Marienstift zu Aachen die vom Kaiser Friedrich II. (am 9. Dezember 1220) verliehenen und vom Papst Honorius III. (unter dem 2. März 1221) bestätigte Zollfreiheit für dessen Kornfrüchte und Weine, unter Einrückung der betreffenden Urkunden (s. Nr. 36). Datum Colonie pridie Kal. Octobris, indictione sexta anno domini Millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo secundo, regni vero nostri anno primo.“ Urkunde vom 30. September 1292 mit dem Siegel des Königs.
