English: Marine non-commissioned officers with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, stand at ease during an NCO professional military library dedication in honor of the NCOs of the battalion aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 15, 2015. “We want them to have a place to say, ‘This is where I can go, I can work out my problems, I can work out plans, [and] I can get my tactics under control before I walk out in front of a group of Marines,’” said Sgt.
