English: 42ft Ballast Lighter (1786)

Scale: 1:24. A plan showing the body plan, sheer lines with inboard detail, longitudinal half-breadth with deck details for a clinch work forty-two foot ballast (mud) lighter, as taken off at Deptford Dockyard. The plan includes diagrams of the oars, ballast bag and holding spike.

Signed by Henry Peake [Master Shipwright, Deptford Dockyard, 1785-1787 (died)].
