Description
English: lead alloy button, 24mm in diameter, 10mm thick with a weight of 13.14 grams. The button is domed and solid with a fixing loop on the reverse. The upper surface is decorated with a cross design formed of concentric lines. There is a raised circle in the centre and a further four in each corner with smaller ones nearer the centre. The underside has a casting line and a raised area which might be a letter A. The object has a greyish patina and is in good condition.
