Soldiers with the Summerville, S.C.-based 1223rd Engineer Company, South Carolina Army National Guard, attached to the 82nd SB-CMRE and the Little Rock, Ark.-based 489th Engineer Battalion, are working an engineer project at the site and gave Collins a few pointers on operation of the heavy vehicle.
