Title
AWL (Possibly)
Description
English: Cast copper-alloy awl or other woog/leather working tool. Square-sectioned shaft, which tapers to a circular-sectioned pointed end. The other end flattens and tapers slightly to a rounded end. The flattened part of this end is 29.5mm long. The ends are still very sharp and the edges well-defined which suggests a post-Medieval date.
