Description
English: A fragment of an unidentified cast copper alloy artefact, possibly dating to the Medieval/ post Medieval period between AD 1200-1700 (length: 49mm; width: 11.5mm; thickness: 5mm; weight: 8.04g). The curved artefact is broken at either end and has a sub D-shaped section. Additionally, there is a flat and curved protrusion in the centre of the fragment. The artefact is in a slightly worn but fair condition with a dark green patina.
