The Hoop is 6mm wide with three engraved panels: two with stylised floral or sunburst motifs, one with geometric decoration on hatched background. Bezel in the form of two gloved hands with fingers clasped together; above the hands is a crown or floral spay, with what might be the top a heart at its base. The hands and crown are lightly gilded.
