English: This is 'The Shower Baths'. They are located at the old bridge, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, Ireland. All we had was "House near Clonmel, Co. Tipperary". That did not explain the soldier, the matting outside, or the notice. Thanks to all for your comments below that solved this mystery...
