A catalogue of scarce and valuable books: Being the Entire stock in Trade of Mr. Harmen Noorthouck, bookseller. Consisting of the most Curious in the following Languages and Faculties, (viz.) Greek, Latin, Spanish, French, Italian, &c. Relating more particularly to the History, Antiquities, and Parliamentary Affairs of Great Britain and Ireland; France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Muscovy, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and most other Countries. Likewise, Divinity, History, Mathematicks, Philosophy, Physick and Surgery: A Good Collection of the Greek and Latin Historians, chiefly of the Best Editions: Classicks in Usum Sereniss. Delph. & cum Notis Variorum. Together with those printed by the most Eminent Printers, viz. Juntae, Aldus, Stephanus, Colinaeus, Vascosan, Turnebius, Giolito, Valgrisius, Torrentinus, &c. Also, Books of Antiquities and Medals, Sculpture, Architecture: Likewise Law Civil and Canon; with a Good Collection of Lexicographers. As also His Houshold Goods. To be Sold by Auction, on Thursday July 2, 1730, at the said Mr. Noorthouck's Dwelling-House, in the Great-Piazza, Covent-Garden; beginning every Evening at Five of the Clock, and to continue till all are Sold. By Mr. Christopher Bateman, Bookseller. N. B. The Books, &c. must be all Sold for the Benefit of the Creditors, without any Reserve. Catalogues may be had gratis at Mr. Lyon's, in Russel-Street, Covent-Garden; Mr. Stagg's, Westminster-Hall; Mr. Jackson's, at St. James's; Mr. Millar's, over-against St. Clement's-Church; Mr. Woodward's, at the Half-Moon in Fleet-Street; Mr. Davis's, in Pater-Noster-Row; Mr. Cox's, at the Royal-Exchange; and at the Place of sale.
