Horizontal, black and white photograph showing a church and apartment building on the 4000 block of Washington Avenue in the Central West End. The view was taken from across the street. It shows a brick church with a round stained glass window above the portico and a four story brick apartment building to the right.

A note on the original envelope for this negative read "Zoning/Use Restrictions", indicating that this photograph may have been used to demonstrate zoning violations or the need for further use restrictions.
