Both the exterior and interiorshow a keen regard for all that is modern in room arrangement, design and con-struction. Stucco and siding for the outside walls in this fashion is always pleasingand desirable. The hip roof with its wide overhanging eaves, the sunken panel porchcolumns and large fireplace chimney are characteristic of true bungalow designing. The light, airy sun-parlor with its manyFrench windows is probably the most outstand-ing feature of the excellent interior. Examinethe floor plan. The well placed vestibule leadsto the living room.
