Title |
A single view of an unknown object. |
||
Description |
English: The object is made from cast copper alloy. In length, from terminal to terminal it measures 117.6mm. One terminal has a circular shape, which is the widest portion of the object and measures 10.4mm in diameter. It weighs 17.75g. The object is a sub-circular sectioned length of copper alloy. One terminal is sub-conical in plan, and tapers to continue into a circular sectioned shank. This shank varies slightly in thickness. The central portion of the shank has, what appears to be a seperate portion of copper alloy which is tightly coiled around the shank. In reality this coil maybe cast and is integral to the shank. The other terminal curves slightly in plan and terminates with a broken edge.The date and function of this object is unknown. |
