Garland Fire Academy traveled to Fairchild with all of the equipment needed to teach Air Force firefighters and other first responders a course on hazardous material incident response and technical training. Students are also taught how to research a chemical's effect on the body, reactions with other chemicals and proper identification of personal protective equipment. The Louis F.
