Text Appearing After Image:
Application of the Trokoscope graphic plate is exposed in a developer and examined duringthe exposure. Likewise Schwarts Quantimeter which de-pends upon a precipitate produced in a solution by the actionof the rays ; and Holzknechts capsules containing a chemicalsubstance which changes color under the influence of the rays;and then the barium platino cynanide disks of Saborand andNoire, which turn yellow under the action of the rays. Third.—I would mention as new and unusual the Diaphragmof Lepper, which is constituted like an old fashioned water 22 American Quarterly of Roentgenology wheel. It is revolved around the tube and the spaces betweenthe paddles produce the diaphragm effect. This permits the ex-posure of a large plate, requiring, however, a correspondinglong exposure. Finally, I wish again to thank the men visited for theircourtesy, the result of which I have tried briefly to express.and I trust that this report may form a precedent for futurevisits of other Roentgenologis
