It is inter-esting to note that as many as 92% answered in the affirma-tive and but 4^2% did not. The remainder took it up fromtwo to five years later. This indicates the absorbing interestwhich immediately controlled those who became interestedin the art at all. Chart six asks the question, Are you now practicing Roent-genology as an absolute specialty? 27% are, 73% are not.This chart seems to show how really few absolute specialistsin Roentgenology there are in this country. 256 American Quarterly of Roentgenology Chart seven. Of those who have not relinquished theirestablished work the question is asked, Are you in generalpractice, or in a specialty other than Roentgenology? 40%say they are still in general practice. 35% announce thatthey are in a specialty other than Roentgenology. 25%, maketheir reply no. This latter reply seems to indicate that thequestion was ambiguous and I easily imagine it might havebeen misunderstood. Chart eight is the most interesting one. It asks the ques-tion, What proportion of the medical profession in yourcommunity is educated
