Title
an early Neolithic , leaf shaped flint arrowhead
Description
English: A leaf shaped flint arrowhead dating from the early Neolithic period, 3500-2500BC. It is flat on one side and convex on the other. A small piece has been chipped from one side; this chip displays patination and happened at some time in antiquity. There is invasive shallow retouch on the dorsal face, but little working on the ventral. The flint is patinated to white.

Similar arrowheads are illustrated in Butler, 2005, Prehistoric Flintwork, page 124.
