Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch fragment
Description
English: Fragment of a copper alloy cruciform brooch. Only the foot and panel above remain. The panel is broken just short of the lower end of the bow. The panel is rectangular and decorated with three incised longitudinal lines. There is a moulded transverse collar below decorated with six transverly incised lines. The foot is zoomorphic and has large rounded nostrils and a shallow linear depression along the centre of the forehead.
