English: On light blue ground, slightly deeper blue bandings, vertical, with green pattern of: vertical lines, scrolls and leafy patterns. Over the vertical blue bandings, green pattern with leaves between paired bordering lines giving ribbon-like effect, interrupted by assymetrical lambrequin-like shape of scrolls and flowers with diagonal linear fill and pin-work. Paper covers sized coton reinforcement which is visible at worn edges. |
