Description |
English: Battleships of the Atlantic Fleet at sea,1919-20 A view from astern, with two 'Revenge'-class battleships on the right and a 'Queen Elizabeth'-class ship beyond them, and two other 'Queen Elizabeths' to the left and closer to the viewpoint. Two of this class shown have foretopmasts fitted but the nearest one does not, and this has to be the 'Malaya' because of the position of her siren brackets and the absence of a platform on the lower tripod foremast. All three 'Queen Elizabeths' have maintopmasts, which were fitted in 1919. |
