Deutsch: „Betender Soldat“ an einer Granitstele auf der ein Adler mit geöffneten Schwingen sitzt. An der rechten Stelenseite mit der Inschrift: „VON DES LEBENS GÜTERN ALLEN IST DER RUHM DAS HÖCHSTE DOCH!“. – 1983 auf dem katholischen Heidefriedhof Hohenlimburg in Hagen-Elsey an der Georg-Scheer-Straße aufgestellt. Zentralfigur des ehemaligen Ehrenmals von 1925/26 für die Hohenlimburger Gefallenen des Ersten Weltkriegs (1914–1918), dass im Zuge einer Straßenverbreiterung 1972 abgerissen wurde. |
