Title |
Bi conical spindle whorl |
||
Description |
English: Lead bi-conical spindle whorl, this is made of seven lobes with a circular off centre hole. Diameter 20mm, thickness 11mm, weight 14.7g. Plain lead spindle whorls and weights were cast locally from the Roman period to the Post Medieval Period, therefore making them hard to date precisely. |
