Treated as an annual when planted from seed as a garden plant but plants can be lifted and carried over winter indoors. Seed saved from choice varieties. Crop failure. Gilia A. 762. Capitata. Globosa rubra (Globe Amaranth). One of the ever- lastings, called Bachelor's Button in some sections. Attractive, red, clover-like heads which are usually dried for winter bouquets.
