English: At top, an undulating pink ribbon printed with moire design, with two narrow parallel white stripes, upon which is placed in intervals a white daisy with buds and leaves. The ribbon overhangs a plain gray field ornamented further down by a thin white band broken at intervals by floral sprigs. Molding bands at bottom. Printed on white ground.
