Dagegen konnte ich stets constatieren, dass die Blüte ungefähr so gebaut ist, wie sie Welwitsch (1. c. t. V, f. 7 und 8) darstellt, d. h. dass der Fruchtknoten einer allerdings ansehnlichen Er- höhung aufsitzt, welche aber gerade zur hisertion der sehr zahlreichen Staubblätter genügt (F).
