Harrison, President, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, as both attended the initial hearing of President Roosevelt's emergency fact-finding board at the Capitol today. Enoch's is Chairman while Harrison is a member of the informal six-man committee composed of management and labor representatives recently named by the President to devise a broad plan of rail aid legislation for the next congress
