Bronze Age Sword Fragment
Description
English: A fragment of the blade from a cast copper alloy sword or rapier, probably of late Bronze Age date. The fragment is 46.16mm long, 28.34mm wide, 5.28mm thick at the widest point and it weighs 28.96g. The cross section is a regular long thin oval with pointed ends. One edge is well-preserved but the other is damaged. The fragment has a patchy mid to dark green patina.
