Description
English: Copper alloy

Buckle fragment. Cast double-looped or spectacle buckle fragment with a projecting featureat the one remaining end of frame which is shaped and grooved like a cockle shell; smaller knops lie at either end of the pin bar. Broken and twisted. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1550-1650.

Length: 30.1mm, Height: 22.5mm, Thickness: 2.8mm, Weight: 2.83gms.
