English: From left to right: Maj. Gen. Wathiq al-Hamdani, Nineveh provincial director of police, Adm. William Fallon, commander of Central Command, and Col. Stephen Twitty, commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, begin their walking tour of Mosul, Iraq, Sept. 22. The group visited the market district near the river and met with local Iraqi civilians on the streets.
