English: HOUSTON - In this photo by the U.S. Coast Guard, crewmembers from the Coast Guard Cutter Dauntless, homeported in Galveston, Texas, participated in the Galveston Historical Foundation's Rebirth Run, Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009. The run was held to raise money to rehabilitate buildings destroyed during Hurricane Ike.
Approximately 950 registered runners participated in the run, which was routed through various Galveston neighborhoods affected by Hurricane Ike. The Dauntless crew won the team event, and all eight crewmembers finished within the top 70 of all registered runners. Dauntless crewmembers pictured above include: top row (from left to right): Seaman Steven Scott, Ensign Tommy Adams, Seaman Jordan Houle, and Cmdr. Jim Andrews, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Dauntless. Bottom row (left to right): Chief Petty Officer Greg Klynman, Seaman Elliott Felix, Lt. Cmdr.
