Title
Casket key
Description
English: A small cast rotary key with a circular bow. A collar surrounds the stem where it meets the bow. The solid stem is elipitical in cross-section. The bit is integrally cast and consists of two wards and one cleft which faces away from the bow. The rear of the bit is striaght and does not have any wards or clefts. On one side of the bit two grooves can be observed that may have been made by the lock this key was used for. The stem terminates in a pointed projecting tip
