Apollo. Golden Wedding-. PRICE: We offer fifteen young plants from below-named varieties for $1; each, 10 cents except where priced. Large plants in September or October, $2 to $5 per dozen, according to size; each, 30 to 50 cents. 20 without names for $1; small pots. ALLEGRO. Beautiful earlv variety of the TVheeler type. In fact the brightest of this class, scarlet crimson in- side; bright yellow reverse. Healthy and vigorous, dwarf, fine for pot culture. October 20th. APOLLO. Large, solid, high-built flower of exquisite color, which Is a deep, golden yellow at base, shading off lighter towards the tips of petals. The outer rows of petals reflex to the stem, while the center is Incurved. Foliage dark green, close up to flower. Stem stiff and short-jointed, late, Nov, 2l8t. AUTUMN BRIDE. As early as Madam Bergman, but a longer and more graceful flower than that popular va- riety. The color is the purest white imaginable, the form of the flower gracefully incurved. It is a dwarf, healthy grower, and is therefore a very desirable variety for bush plants and A. No. 1 for cut flowers. B0UNDLP:SS snow, a magnificent flower, pure white, style and build of Viviand Morel. Dwarf. Early, bloom- ing a trifle later than Mrs. Henry Robinson. Take first crown bud. Each, 15 cents. BLACK HAWK. The darkest red yet raised, velvety crim- son-maroon, showing no trace of the reverse color. As with all reds, beware of late feeding, and use a quan- tity of charcoal in the soil. Use late cuttings, either bud. Tall. Midseason. CHIPETA. A most peculiar striking shade of coppery- bronze, similar to ripened oak leaves. If well-grown It Is an enormously large flower of broad petals closely In- curved. A grand single stem pot plant and exhibition cut flower. DOMINATION. An old favorite, but still in the front rank, pure white when fully opened, spherical in shape, good for all purposes, extra larce, early. EUGENE DAILLEDOUZE. The grandest of all midseason vellows. Enormous size, of gracefully incurved shape. Petals very broad and of good substance, flne for exhibi- tion cut blooms, tall grower. EVANGELINE. Pure white; similar In form to Kioto, but larger and more graceful. 12 In. hes across; petals f )ur and a half inches long. Stem and foliage perfect. Two and a half to three feet high. 20 cents each. FRANK HARDY. The best mid-season white to date and ndispensable to every grower whether for exhibition or the cut flower trade. Each, 15c. GLORY OF THE PACIFIC. The best early pink: the first to come Into bloom being re^adv to cut October Sth. Srroii!?, stiff stem and excellent foliage. Dwarf. GOLDEN WONDER. Mammoth old gold yellow, shading deeper to centr. petals reflexed, broad bloom of immense size. 14 to 16 inches in diameter, stem and foliage per- fect. Crown of terminal buds. Three and a half feet. GEO. W. CHILDS. The most popular of all crimson red varieties. Very suitable for specimen pot plants. GOOD GRACIOUS. Large. Incurving, peach pink, petals narrow gracefully twisted, very free growing. GEORGIENNE BRAMHALL. Light, primrose yellow. In- curved, very graceful in appearance, the best of ita color. Midseason. GOLDEN WEDDING. Richest golden yellow, intense and dazzling In color, flowers of the very lareest size, petals Irregular, Interlacing and Incurving. The grandest of vellows if well grown, for pots as well as cut flowers. GOLDf:N GATE. Tawny yellow, quite distinct and strik- ingly handsome spreading flowers slightly whorled:) regular form, stout stem, broad, long petals, flne exhlbl-; tion bloom of great size. I HENRY NANZ. (Nanz & Neuner.) Golden Sport of the well-known variety. Mrs. Jerome Jones. In every way Identical except color, which Is a remarkable striking light golden yellow with pink shadings on outer petals. Different from any variety we know of. Very late. Ea^h. 15 cents. ) HARRY L. SUNDERBRUCH. Bright yellow, of extra large size, excellent for pots and cut flowers. HELEN BLOODGOOD. Purest rosy-pink imaelnable with- out any trace of purple or magenta, full, hlgb-bullt fl->w- er of good substance, very attractive. Strong, robust habit. November 10th to 15th. J. H. TROY. Very early Incurved, white of flue form and good substance, tall, very large, one of the best early varieties. J. E. LAGER. Early yellow, large, reflexine. has been grown very extensively this season, good for specimen pot plants.
