Ceylan Building, which was built in 1923-1933 on a triangular plot facing Gezi Park in Taksim, still exists today. It was designed early on in the career of Sedad Hakkı Eldem and the building makes use of International Style characteristics in its plan and façade design. The building has six storeys, each comprising one apartment. All the living room spaces are located at the corners and have windows with three different views. There is also a shared basement, terrace and shops on the ground floor.

Ceylan Apartmanı 1932-1933’te Taksim’de, Gezi Parkı’na bakan üçgen planlı köşe arazide inşa edildi. Sedad Hakkı Eldem’in gençlik yıllarında tasarladığı apartman, dönemin anlayışına uygun olarak hem plan şeması hem de cephede Uluslararası Üslup özellikleri taşır. Bina, her birinde birer daire bulunan altı kattan oluşur. Dairelerin salonları üç yöne bakacak şekilde konumlanmıştır. Bodrum ve teras katlarına da sahip olan binanın zemin katında dükkânlar bulunur. Geniş pencereli cephe düzenine sahip büyük kütleli Ceylan Apartmanı, hâlen konut işleviyle varlığını sürdürmektedir.
