Matthew Buenrostro of Leesville, La., fires non-commissioned officer in charge, 5th Battalion, 25th Field Artillery Regiment, recites the creed of the non-commissioned officer Jan. 24, 2014, at Forward Operating Base Fenty. Buenrostro participated in a board that served as 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division’s non-commissioned officer and Soldier of the quarter competition’s final test. Buenrostro and other soldiers and NCOs from the brigade competed in several events over two days testing their fitness, marksmanship, and communication skills.
