English: Petty Officer 3rd Class Eben Smith and Petty Officer 2nd Class Jody Leinweber, marine science technicians at Coast Guard Sector San Diego Incident Management Division, patrol the docks in search of potential environmental hazards at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Marina in San Diego on Oct. 16, 2015. The patrol was part a week-long surge in operations by the IMD aimed at increasing public awareness in preventing negative environmental impacts.
