Brian Clemens, deputy commanding officer, Combined Joint Military Operations Task Force, Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 40, right, at the construction site of a multipurpose building at the Wat Chalheamlap School in Chon Buri, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 30, 2012. Naquin brief's that Royal Thai service members, Malaysian forces and U.S. Navy Seabees work at the site which will take approximately one month to complete in support of Cobra Gold 2012. Humanitarian and civic assistance projects are being conducted preceding the official kickoff of CG 12, scheduled for Feb. 7. HCAs include engineering, medical and dental projects designed to build relationships and improve interoperability between partner nations. |
