COLE'S CHOICE NOVELTIES. 15 oo 'WHIRLWIND." Hardy, Strong and Free Bloomer. In habit the plant is like the well known White Jaoan Anemone; the same strong growth "and healthy foliage, and perhaps even more abundantly blooming. The flowers, which are 2% to 3 inches across, have several rows of white petals, and the blooms last much longer than those of the single varietj'. The plants grow quite evenly' iu height, from 2!/2 to 3 feet, and with large and plenti- ful foliage. In a word it maybe said that this new double variety, which has been named "VVhirlwind." has all the free blooming and other good qualities of the Single White or Hon- orine Jobort, and the additional ones of great hardiness of plants, while the blooms are more lasting. These characteristics are decided advan- tages and ruust make a demand for it on all ornamental grounds. Strong plants ready for blooming, each 25 cts.; 3 for 60 cts.; 6 for $1.10; 1 doz. for $2.00. IH6W Jaoanese VariGoaied Hod. This extremely handsome and distinct climbing vine is very valuable for trellis and high places. The leaves are strikingly variegated and marked; the first color is bright, deep green, distinctly marked and blotched with silvery white tinged with yellow; now and then a leaf will be almost snowy white. A superb, strong grower? twenty to thirty feet in a season, not injured by heat or insects. Price per pkt. 10 cts,; 3 pkts. 25 cts. TOMO THUMB ZIHIIIII. These Dwarf Double Zinnias produce compact dwarf bushes, varying from six to twelve inches in height, and from six to fourteen inches in diameter, coming mostly true from seed. The lit- tle plants are covered with the handsome double flowers of many bright and rich colors. Such dwarf and compact plants attract great attention when 'grown in beds or borders. Plants are very free flowering and continue in bloom till destroyed by frost. Price per pkt. 10 cts.; 3 pkts. 25 cts. TOM THUMB ZINNIA.
