Description derived from published bibliography. General map showing state and county boundaries, roads and railroads, fortifications, and place names. Drawings of ships offshore depict the Union blockade of the coast. Includes population charts for Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Delaware. Relief shown by hachures.
