English: U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sgt. of the Air National Guard James W. Hotaling dines with Airmen assigned to the 145th Airlift Wing during his first visit to the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, March 12, 2016. Hotaling took time to discuss the Airmen’s goals, his start in the Air Force, and overall interests pertaining to the future of the Air National Guard. The Airmen dining with Hotaling include Master Sgt. Rebecca Tongen, 145th Airlift Wing installation emergency manager, Tech. Sgt. Carissa Perry, 145th Communications Flight cyber systems operations technician, Tech. Sgt. Rico Brown, 145th AW chaplain assistant, Staff Sgt. Patrick Nesmith, powered support systems mechanic, and Senior Airman Portia Fore, personalist from the 145th Maintenance Squadron; all were recognized for their excellent service to the NCANG.
