Description
English: Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable scrape and pull paint from a wall at the Jose L.G. Rios Middle School. The community service project was part of a day long event that also saw Sailors cleaning and painting at the Guam Veterans Cemetery and providing beach access by clearing brush along Marine Corps Drive.
