Gedese, a reconnaissance Marine with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, uses tension bands during a physical therapy session at the Concussion Restoration Care Center at Camp Leatheneck, Afghanistan, Sept. 9. The CRCC is the first clinic of its kind in Helmand province with a diverse medical staff capable of treating and rehabilitating service members with concussions
